Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment, documenting services accurately, and collaborating with the care team to achieve excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and the ability to build trust with a wide range of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and physician referral when applicable
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurologic, balance, mobility, and pain-related conditions
- Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient presentation and response to care
- Provide clear patient education on condition management, home exercise programs, prevention, and long-term wellness
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, patients, families, and team members
- Supervise support staff, PTAs, technicians, or aides as appropriate
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on service, accountability, and excellence
- Support clinic growth through outstanding patient experience, retention, and relationship-building
- Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Louisiana Physical Therapist license in good standing
- CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical readiness and the right attitude may be considered
Physical Therapist Assistant
The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic interventions, monitor response to treatment, and support an outstanding patient experience. This role is ideal for a PTA who is compassionate, dependable, efficient, and passionate about helping patients progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and other prescribed interventions
- Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising PT
- Assist with mobility training, strengthening, balance activities, and functional movement progression
- Provide encouragement, education, and support to help patients stay engaged in their recovery
- Document treatment sessions accurately, timely, and compliantly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
- Collaborate effectively with PTs, technicians, front office staff, and other team members
- Help create a warm, professional, and service-oriented clinic experience
- Support clinic flow and operational efficiency throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Louisiana PTA license in good standing
- CPR certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow the established plan of care and work closely with the supervising PT
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Physical Therapist Technician
The Physical Therapist Technician assists the clinical team with patient flow, exercise guidance, equipment setup, treatment area organization, and general support tasks under the direction of licensed clinical staff. This role is essential in helping the clinic operate efficiently while ensuring patients feel welcomed, encouraged, and cared for throughout their visit.
This position does not provide skilled physical therapy services, perform evaluations, or independently deliver clinical treatments. Instead, the technician plays a key support role in the overall patient care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment areas before and after patient sessions
- Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic
- Guide patients through assigned exercises and activities as directed by the Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment
- Help ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, safe, and professional at all times
- Support therapists and staff with routine non-skilled clinical tasks
- Encourage patients and help create a positive, service-oriented environment
- Monitor for patient needs or concerns and communicate them promptly to licensed staff
- Stock supplies and assist with laundry, sanitizing, and general clinic upkeep
- Assist with front-office or administrative support tasks as needed, depending on clinic workflow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinic, fitness setting, healthcare office, or customer service role is a plus
- CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the direction of licensed staff
- Ability to remain on feet for much of the workday and assist with light physical tasks in a clinical environment
Massage Therapist
The Massage Therapist provides safe, high-quality massage services tailored to client needs, goals, and comfort. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, clinically aware, and committed to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services based on client goals, preferences, and tolerance
- Perform intake discussions to understand areas of tension, discomfort, stress, and wellness goals
- Maintain clear, professional communication before, during, and after sessions
- Adapt pressure, technique, and session flow based on client response and needs
- Help support client recovery, relaxation, mobility, and overall wellness through appropriate massage services
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes, intake information, and service records as required
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, welcoming, and prepared for each session
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, safety, and professional practice standards

Qualifications:

Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist will support the clinic’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, community promotions, referral relationship support, print materials, and brand messaging. This person will help ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the identity, professionalism, and growth goals of Eberhardt PT and Spark Health.
The ideal candidate is creative but also highly dependable, organized, and capable of moving projects from idea to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate, and publish marketing content for the website, social media, email, and print campaigns
- Help maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual presentation across all platforms
- Develop promotional content for physical therapy, wellness, nutrition, specialty services, community events, workshops, and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with social media planning, post scheduling, caption writing, graphic coordination, and engagement support
- Update website pages, service descriptions, hiring pages, and promotional content as needed
- Help create internal and external marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, referral cards, presentations, and event handouts
- Support local outreach efforts, referral relationship marketing, and community engagement initiatives

The Administrative Support team member assists with front desk operations, scheduling, communication, patient intake, clerical duties, and general office coordination. This person helps ensure that patients, clients, and visitors experience a smooth, organized, and welcoming process from first contact through follow-up.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable with multitasking, and committed to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments
- Assist with patient registration, intake forms, and basic office documentation
- Support insurance-related administrative tasks, authorizations, or data entry as assigned

The Registered Dietitian provides individualized nutrition assessment, education, counseling, and follow-up support for patients and wellness clients. This role may include working with individuals seeking help with weight management, healthy habits, chronic disease risk reduction, inflammation support, general wellness, and nutrition-related lifestyle improvement.
The ideal candidate is clinically sound, highly relational, professional, and able to translate nutrition science into practical action steps that real people can follow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and gather relevant health, lifestyle, and dietary history
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on each client’s goals, preferences, and needs
- Provide nutrition counseling, coaching, and education in a clear, supportive, and practical manner
- Support clients with areas such as weight management, meal planning, behavior change, wellness support, and healthy lifestyle development
- Help clients build sustainable strategies for eating, activity support, recovery support, and long-term adherence
- Document services accurately, timely, and professionally
