Shay Green joined our team as a Physical Therapy Technician in February 2026. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Physiology from Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS) and is currently working toward her Personal Trainer certification.

With seven years of experience in the fitness industry and three years as a track and field athlete, Shay has developed a strong passion for helping others improve their health, strength, and overall well-being. She enjoys encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and finds it especially rewarding to watch them regain strength and confidence as they progress. One of her favorite parts of the job is building meaningful relationships with patients and learning more about their lives outside of physical therapy.

Outside of work, Shay enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, whether that’s playing uno, trying a new restaurant or cooking together at home. She loves any form of cardio and heavy lifting.

Despite the debate, Shay considers baked sushi her favorite healthy snack. If she’s truly trying to eat healthy she might order a salad. A fun fact about Shay is that she’s also a creative seamstress, she loves to bring ideas to life through sewing. Her favorite quote is one she says almost daily, “I’m just a girl.”
